Electrifi™ is a copper-filled polyester composite engineered to deliver exceptionally high electrical conductivity in a printable thermoplastic format. Designed for functional additive manufacturing, it enables electrically active features—such as conductive traces, antennas, heating elements, and grounding structures—to be printed directly into parts.
Unlike carbon-based conductive filaments, Electrifi™ leverages metal filler to achieve substantially higher conductivity, making it suitable for applications where real electrical performance—not just static dissipation—is required.

Recommended Printing Parameters
Nozzle Temperature: 140–180 °C
Bed Temperature: <50 °C (optional but recommended for adhesion)
Print Speed: 10–30 mm/s (slower speeds improve electrical consistency)
Nozzle Diameter: 0.4 mm or greater
Layer Height: 0.2 mm or greater
Nozzle: Hardened steel or wear-resistant nozzle recommended
Infill: 100% recommended for maximum conductivity
Cooling: Intermediate cooling for improved layer bonding
Because Electrifi™ contains a high metal loading, slower print speeds and consistent extrusion conditions help maintain optimal electrical performance and surface quality.
