Electrifi™ Conductive PE builds upon the performance of the original Electrifi™ filament, delivering the same high electrical conductivity in a polyethylene-based formulation engineered for elevated operating temperatures.
By replacing the polyester matrix with polyethylene (PE), this advanced version offers improved thermal tolerance and enhanced compatibility with polyolefin systems, making it well suited for demanding industrial, automotive, aerospace, and defense applications.

Higher Thermal Tolerance
Melting temperature up to 115 °C, enabling use in higher-temperature environments compared to the original Electrifi™.
Excellent Electrical Conductivity
Volume resistivity of approximately 0.012 Ω·cm, maintaining the same high-conductivity performance that defines the Electrifi™ platform.
Designed for Polyolefin Systems
Adheres well to PE and PP substrates, supporting integration into polyolefin-based components and assemblies.
Not compatible with PLA, ABS, PETG, and similar non-polyolefin materials.
