Electrifi™ Conductive Pellets deliver the same high electrical conductivity as Electrifi™ filament in a format optimized for injection molding and pellet-based additive manufacturing systems. Designed for scalable production, these copper-filled polymer composites enable electrically functional components to be manufactured directly at industrial volumes.
By combining metal-based conductivity with thermoplastic processability, Electrifi™ pellets allow manufacturers to integrate conductive pathways, grounding structures, heating elements, and RF features into molded or large-format printed parts without secondary metal inserts or post-processing.
